You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient for physical goods. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Refunds

Refund requests for physical goods must be made within 48 hours after download of your goods. Please refer to the refund policy.

For digital goods including ebooks and audiobooks, no refund can be given. Refunds only given if you buy a duplicate item within 48 hours of first purchase in which case the duplicate item will be refunded.
