Refund Policy

Digital goods

Refunds do not apply to digital goods, including ebooks and audiobooks. These are instant downloads.

For audiobooks, samples are available. Please listen for a taster to inform your choice.

Refunds for digital goods only given if you buy a duplicate item within 48 hours of first purchase in which case the duplicate item will be refunded.

Physical goods

There is no return for changing your mind. 

Returns are given for faulty items if you contact us within 7 days of receiving item according to the tracking notice.

For refund queries, please email write@nillunasser.com please use the subject ‘returns’ and include your name, order number, the reason for return, and photographs of faulty item. 

If item is faulty, you can choose for us to refund or resend your goods. We want you to be happy!
